Since entering the real estate industry, Dan has successfully brokered properties that had prior to his involvement proven difficult to sell. He has also successfully negotiated with lenders to avoid property foreclosure to allow instead for the sale of the property and is sought after to represent properties in court ordered receiverships. Above all, Dan is committed to providing the highest quality of service to his clients to help them to achieve their goals.
Prior to entering real estate, Dan was the Vice President of Sales and part owner of a small technology start-up whose clients he singularly acquired, developed and retained, which over the years lead the company to become the de-facto market leader in its sector as well as an acquisition target. After the company sold, he helped the new owners through the acquisition transition and decided to focus exclusively on real estate where he had already been an active investor for many years.
Additionally, Dan brings nearly twenty years of property management experience, most notably as president of a 70 plus unit condominium association in Evanston. During his 11 year tenure, he increased the association reserves nine-fold, while reducing homeowner assessments twice annually and completing approximately 1 million dollars of capital improvements without imposing any special assessment. As a result of this experience, Dan has become a sought after resource for restructuring condo association operations, finances and management.
